Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Clamp Truck Operator to join their team. As a Clamp Truck Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting daily material handling and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Clamp Truck Operator

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA

Pay R ange: $21.21

Shift: 2nd Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm or 3:30pm-midnight
3rd Sunday-Friday 11pm-7am

• Operate clamp trucks and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
• Clamp, transport, stack, and position materials without pallets
• Load and unload freight according to company procedures
• Inspect equipment before and after use, report safety or mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and prevent product damage

What's Needed?

• Warehouse experience required, with verifiable proof of consistent job history
• Clamp truck experience preferred, not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
