Responsibilities We are looking for an NNP who want to be a part of a collaborative and cohesive group of NNPs and Neonatologists. Exceptional new graduates will be considered! 50-bed, Level III NICU with an average daily census of approximately 25 patients In addition to in-house Neonatologists, there are also MFM, OB and Newborn hospitalists for on-site support. Over 4,000 deliveries per year; 550 NICU admissions per year, 40 of which are VLBW. Full complement of pediatric subspecialists including pediatric surgery, cardiology, neurology/neurosurgery, plastics, urology, ENT, orthopedics, GI, ID and wound care. On site therapeutic hypothermia, and a full range of ventilation therapies including iNO, conventional ventilation, HFOV and HFJV. Active research program with multi-site collaborations. Strong, NNP-led leadership Team. NNPs are a critical part of all aspects of caring for the full range of complex neonatal diagnoses.
