293308\nLicensure\n\nMust hold a current, valid, full, and unrestricted RN license to practice in any U.S. state, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a U.S. territory\n\nCertifications\nMust maintain the following certifications throughout employment:\n\nBasic Life Support (BLS), American Heart Association\n\nAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), American Heart Association\n\nThe following must be completed within the specified timeframes:\n\nPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), American Heart Association, within 6 months of hire\n\nNIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), within 6 months of hire\n\nCertified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR), Competency and Credentialing Institute, within 1 year of hire\n\nTrauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC), within 2 years of hire\n\nEducation\n\nAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required\n\nExperience\n\nMinimum of 2 years of clinical nursing and/or operating room experience required
