Job Title: Provider Integration Specialist
Location: Norwood, OH 45212
Duration: 16-Week Contract
Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $40 to $45/hour
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Provider Integration Specialist for an exciting job in Norwood, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage provider onboarding from offer execution through first day of practice
Coordinate cross-functional onboarding with Medical Staff, Operations, HR, IT, and leadership
Support provider transitions, location changes, additions, and departures
Ensure offboarding compliance, benefits communication, and equipment return
Lead project management and process improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma
Ensure onboarding milestones are met on time and within scope
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of healthcare project management and/or process improvement experience
Experience applying Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
Preferred:
2.5+ years working with physicians
Experience in provider onboarding or integration
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required | Master’s Degree preferred
