Responsibilities We are looking for a NNP who want s to be a part of an amazing group of 3 NNPs and 24 Neonatologists. An exceptional new graduate will be considered. 14 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 8-10 babiesOver 2,500 deliveries per year; 300 NICU admissions per yearA positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs. 24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night.Flexible 24- or 48-hour shifts support an excellent work-life balance.Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team Tuition Reimbursement Assistance Program (available to those new grads who start within the first 12 months of graduation) Sign-on bonus and relocation About the Hospital: HCA Houston Conroe is part of HCA Houston Healthcare, a family of hospitals serving over one million patients yearly at 13 hospitals within the Greater Houston area.
