Responsibilities Project Management Lead EMR implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to completion. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership. System Implementation & Optimization Oversee system configuration, testing, training, and go‑live support. Ensure EMR systems meet regulatory, security, and interoperability standards. Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and system enhancements. Vendor Management Coordinate with EMR vendors and third‑party consultants. Manage contracts, service level agreements, and vendor performance. Risk & Change Management Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage change control processes and ensure documentation is up to date. Experience Requirements 7–10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years in EMR systems or Healthcare IT environments. International experience – primarily responsible for UK/Europe environments. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITECH). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Experience using Jira. Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required.
