Aesthetic Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this high-touch, guest-focused role, you'll blend clinical expertise with artistry to deliver personalized treatments, boost guest confidence, and support our studio's success.

Salary: Starting at $30+/hour (based on aesthetics experience) plus eligibility for monthly incentive pay expanding your earning potential

What You'll Do: - Deliver a variety of medical aesthetic services such as injectables, laser hair removal, and facial treatments
- Provide exceptional clinical care with attention to safety, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain detailed documentation, including chart notes and before/after photos
- Educate guests on treatment options, retail products, and membership benefits
- Support guest retention by creating confident, results-driven experiences
- Meet individual performance goals for revenue, rebooking, retail, and retention
- Maintain a clean, professional studio environment in accordance with protocols
- Collaborate with team members to support studio sales and marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For: - Active RN license in the state of practice
- 1-3 years of aesthetic experience or formal aesthetics training preferred
- Strong communication and guest relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to consult, educate, and convert guests with confidence
- Experience with clinical documentation and use of treatment technologies
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High ethical standards and a commitment to continuous learning
