The collection of money from members to be deposited in an account where checks can be drawn on with zero or minimal interest paid per annum
The collection of money from members to be saved and used for the regulating of loans and interest allocated to the member per annum.
Funds given to members at an interest rate for a period, the capital for such transactions is derived from savings, shareholding contributions and financing. Salary Accounts

When the institution has a surplus of resources, they can make financial investment in other financial ventures with attractive returns like real estate, fixed deposits accounts in bank, bonds etc.
Fund created by members aimed at covering loses – such amount shall come from profits of the previous year and contributed at the beginning of the new financial year.
Travelers’ Cheques / credit cards used by travelers and members which can be cashed in a foreign bank.
Currencies such as dollars, British Pound Sterling £, Euro €, and others can be purchased and sold.
1. Nominate your beneficiary and submit a photo- copy of your National ID Card.
2. Fill out an application form with the assistance of a PCU staff.
3. Go to our PCU Office.
4. Pay a registration fee of 10,000 FCFA.
5. Open an account with a minimum account balance of 10,000 FCFA.
6. Submit 02 passport size photographs.
1. Preferred Stock Member (PSM): Enjoys all PCU benefits, receive stock dividends, have voting rights and, more importantly, have a direct say into how PCU is governed and run.
2. Common Stock Member (CSM): Benefits from all services provided by PCU, but cannot serve on any PCU organs, and does not earn dividends.
